TRAVEL There are regular daily trains from Glasgow and Edinburgh (via Perth) and from Aberdeen. Trains from Inverness head north to Wick, and west to Kyle of Lochalsh (Skye Bridge). Visit the ScotRail web site for timetables and prices. Sleeper trains from London operate on certain days. Daily coach services are operated by CityLink between Inverness and many towns and cities throughout Scotland. Stagecoach Buses and Rapsons operate on local routes within Inverness. Inverness Airport has flights to/from various UK airports. Car hire is available at Inverness airport and train station if booked in advance.
