SIGHTSEEING SUGGESTIONS

The city of Inverness is an excellent base for touring the Scottish Highlands whether you have a car or are travelling by bus/train.

During the summer there are frequent coach trips to many places such as Loch Ness, Culloden Battlefield, Cawdor Castle (pictured here), Brodie Castle and even the islands of Orkney.

Full details on local transport & day trips are given in The Internet Guide to Inverness.
