Sightseeing Suggestions

Photo of Eden Court Theatre Events

Talisker overlooks Eden Court Theatre & cinema on the opposite bank of the River Ness. Eden Court organises events such as plays, opera, concerts, festivals and films throughout the year.

For 2014 there are lots of special events throughout the region for Highland Homecoming including the Highland Military Tattoo, Shinty's Camanachd Cup Final, Loch Ness Marathon, Highland Archaeology Festival, Royal National Mod and the Homecoming Highland Games featuring the 2014 Masters World Championships and gathering of the clans.

On warm summer's evenings you can sit out in the garden and enjoy the peace and tranquility of life on the water front.

The river is fished throughout the season and you can hear the swish of the rod as the fisherman casts his line in the hopes of catching the elusive salmon!
