Located 15 minutes' drive north of Inverness, Moniack Castle is at Kirkhill (just off the A862 road to Beauly). It is now home to the Moniack Highland Wineries. They produce and bottle country wines and liqueurs, and also make preserves and sauces which are on sale. Tours every 20 minutes. Free tastings.
